I took my first
steps in to the world of Warhammer 40,000 with
Rogue Trader, when one of my friend’s
older brothers let me take control of an Ork
army, which he then annihilated with his Space
Marines. Far from be put off, I thought it was
one of the coolest things I’d ever done
and I knew that I wanted my own army as soon
as possible.
My own fledgling force started
when my Mum bought me the old multipart box
set, containing 30 mk6 Space Marines and I’m
pretty sure I got a Rhino at the same time.
Thanks Mum! The next step was obviously to give
them a lick of paint and this was when my Blood
Angels army officially started.
The army has grown a lot over
the years and alongside my Eldar they're probably
the force I've used the most.
This army is on the frontline
in the great re-painting crusade I’m currently
undertaking. I’m still a long (looooooong)
way from being a great painter, but I’ve
got a lot better over the last few years and
it’ll be nice to tidy up some of my previous
'attempts'.
